Sliddens Moss Meteors and Crowden Brooks

Visit the crash site of two first generation jet fighters on the 72nd anniversary of their loss, the route from Crowden in the Longdendale Valley will, if conditions allow, also take in easy scrambling terrain along Crowden Great Brook. Distance is approx 10km largely over rough ground.
